PRODUCT INFO
Meltblown nonwoven fabrics are made using a process called meltblown technology. This process involves melting and extruding a polypropylene through tiny holes to create fine fibers. These fibers are then randomly laid down to form a nonwoven fabric.
Meltblown nonwovens are known for their high absorbency, softness and strength, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. They are often used in the production of personal hygiene products such as diapers, feminine hygiene products and adult incontinence products. Meltblown nonwovens are also used in the medical industry for products such as bandages, gauze and wound dressings.
Besides their absorbency and strength, meltblown nonwovens are also known for their durability and resistance to water, stains and wrinkles. They are easy to maintain and store and are environmentally friendly as they are easily recyclable and biodegradable.
